Research

Dr. Sen is the Quality Director for Pediatric Critical Care Medicine and is interested in improving systems within the PICU to improve both patient outcomes and quality of care. She runs multiple CPR review programs, including both Hot and Cold debriefing. She also runs the resident-led mock code program for the pediatric residents.
