At the request of Leadership Academy graduates, we are launching a Leadership Academy follow-up program called Leadership Academy 2.0. The seminars will provide an opportunity to brush up on leadership skills and connect with fellow Leadership Academy alumni. In particular, seminars will focus on interpersonal, intrapersonal and business skills.
For the first seminar, Dr. Casey Jacob has graciously agreed to come back and discuss: Preventing and Addressing Performance Issues in the Workplace.
Objectives of this seminar will be to:
1) learn strategies to reduce the chances of performance issues in the workplace, and 2) describe a process for addressing specific workplace performance issues.
