Dr. Joseph Hai Oved is an Associate Professor and Assistant Attending at Columbia University
Medical Center and Director of the Primary Immune Regulation Disorders program in the Department of Pediatrics at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center in the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University. He received his Doctor of Medicine with Honors from NYU School of Medicine. Dr. Oved is active in the Children's Oncology Group, the American Society of Hematology, and the American Society of Gene & Cell Therapy. Dr. Oved's research is translational in nature and has focused on identifying biomarkers of allogeneic immune reactions post-hematopoietic stem cell transplant, bone marrow failure and the genetic changes that lead to these conditions. Dr. Oved was recently honored with the Saul J Farber Award/Lecture, NYU School of Medicine (2013), and the Advanced Medical Fellow from Howard Hughes Medical Fellow (2012). He is board-certified in American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology.
